Spicy Dragon Fruit Smoothie

The only thing missing is the dungeon.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 smoothie

Inspired by: Ep. 11

  • 1 cup frozen* dragon fruit cubes (they can be white, pink, or even red!)

  • 1/2 cup frozen* tropical fruit cubes (peach, pineapple, mango, and banana are my recommendations!)

  • 14 oz canned coconut milk, 1T of the top cream removed before mixing together

  • 2 t honey

  • 1t chia seeds

  • 1 dash - 1/4 t cayanne pepper (if you like it very spicy, feel free to add more)

  • Powdered sugar, optional

    1. Put frozen fruit, 1 cup coconut milk, 2t honey, 1t chia seeds, and cayenne pepper into blender and blend until smooth.

    2. Whip the 1T coconut cream with a little powdered sugar until thick.

    3. Pour smoothie into cup and top with a sprinkle of extra cayenne pepper and whipped coconut cream, if desired.

*I prefer making smoothies with frozen fruit so you don't need to add ice cubes. You can cut up your own fruit and freeze them in pre-portioned bags to make the process easier, or use fresh fruit and add ice before blending
